Tadalis SX (Tadalafil) relaxes smooth muscle by inhibiting phosphodiesterase type 5. It causes an increase in cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), which relaxes smooth muscle and increases blood flow.
The maximum recommended dose of Tadalis is 20mg taken prior to anticipated sexual activity. The maximum recommended dosing frequency is once per day. Tadalis can be taken between 30 minutes and 36 hours before anticipated sexual activity. Patients can begin sexual activity at different times relative to ingestion to determine their own optimal window of response. Tadalis can be taken with or without food.

Tadalis is a drug used to treat sexual problems in men. It is used to treat symptoms like erectile dysfunction and impotence. It eliminates the symptoms of erectile dysfunction by increasing the amount of blood that eventually reaches the penis.
This drug works by relaxing the muscles in the male genital area. It does this by blocking the phosphodiesterase-5 from acting on the body. This increases the amount of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) in the body, which causes smooth muscle in the blood vessels to relax.
This drug can also be used to treat prostate problems and urination problems. However, it does not help you protect against sexually transmitted diseases such as syphilis.
Tadalis SX requires a prescription, so you should speak to a doctor about the dosage you need as any type of overdose can be extremely dangerous. It can even lead to death.
Before taking the drug Tadalis 20mg, you should tell your doctor about your medical history and about any medications you are currently taking. Once prescribed, you can take the medicine with or without food and engage in sexual activity about 60 minutes after ingestion.
Below is a list of medicines that have the same composition, strength and form as Tadalis and can therefore be used as an alternative.
